Shipping policy

At One More Cast, we know you’re eager to get your gear. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship orders so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Processing Times
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment — packing, labeling, and handing it off to the carrier.
  • Delivery times begin after processing is complete, not at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods
  • All orders ship via standard ground shipping.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • If you require expedited shipping, please email us at info@getonemorecast.com before placing your order. Expedited shipping will incur an additional cost, which we will confirm before shipping.
3. Shipping Rates
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free ground shipping.
  • Discounts that reduce your order below $100 will disqualify the order from free shipping.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. OMC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@getonemorecast.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.


7. Service Area
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.


8. Holidays & Delays
During holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected delays, processing and delivery times may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
