Also known as the One More Guarantee
At One More Cast, we stand behind every product we make. That’s why we back your purchase with the One More Guarantee and a clear, fair refund policy.
1. The One More Guarantee – 15-Day No-Hassle Returns
- Within 15 calendar days of delivery (based on carrier tracking), you may return eligible items for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Return shipping during this 15-day window is on us.
- Items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, and free of signs of wear, wash, abuse, or damage.
- Packaging may be opened (for example, removing a hoodie from its plastic bag), as long as the product itself remains unused and in sellable condition.
2. Standard Returns – Up to 30 Days
- After the 15-day One More Guarantee, you still have up to 30 calendar days from delivery to return items.
- In this window, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, and must not show signs of wear, wash, abuse, or damage.
3. Manufacturer Defects & Order Errors
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right:

Manufacturer Defects: Email us with a photo of the issue. In most cases, you may keep the defective item, and we will ship you a replacement at no cost.

Order Errors: If we sent the wrong size, color, or item, you may keep the incorrect product (to gift, donate, or repurpose), and we will send the correct one free of charge, including shipping.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To switch items, please follow the return steps and place a new order for the desired item.
6. How to Start a Return (Option B – Structured Email)
To request a return, email info@getonemorecast.com with the subject line:
RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Full name and shipping address
- Phone number
- Email used to place the order
- Photos of the product showing tags intact and condition
- Reason for return (e.g., defect, wrong size, unopened return)
We will review your request, verify eligibility, and provide next steps.
