All orders are shipped from our facility in New York.
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding soon.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95, or free on orders of $100 or more.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@getonemorecast.com with your order number and reason for return.
Yes — if you need a different size or item, we’ll be happy to help. Reach out to our team to initiate an exchange.
We’ll make it right. Email us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and our support team will handle the rest.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
Most of our apparel fits true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed look, we recommend sizing up. If you prefer a tighter look, we recommend sizing down. Product pages include specific fit notes when applicable.
Yes — we often release limited drops. Once they’re gone, they may not restock. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to catch the next launch.
